GENERAL INFORMATION
Warranty and Service
Argus Analyzers warranties that new products manufactured by Argus Analyzers are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the first end-user. The warranty period for models AA1000 and AA360 is 3 years. This warranty does not apply if: the analyzer is physically damaged; the analyzer case has been opened, modified, or adjusted; the serial numbers have been removed or obliterated; or the condition is the result of accident, neglect (dropping onto a hard surface), contact with water or other liquids, or use that is not normal or customary.
At no cost to you, we have the option to repair or replace the products that do not meet our warranty, or to refund the product’s purchase price. We may use functionally equivalent reconditioned/refurbished/pre-owned or new products or parts to fulfill this warranty. This warranty extends to you only if you are the first end-user purchaser. Flat rate repair rates may apply to product repairs not covered by this warranty. We strongly encourage you to register your purchase with us. Registering enables us to inform you of important upgrade, service, and product use information. To register, please visit our website www.argusanalyzers.com/support. To receive warranty or non-warranty service, please CALL OR EMAIL FIRST – DO NOT SHIP products without an authorization number.

Argus Analyzers’ product offerings comply with both the European Union directives involving disposal of electronic waste: Directive 2002/96/EC - Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive); and
Directive 2002/95/EC - Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS Directive).

This symbol indicates that your product must be disposed of properly according to local laws and regulations. When your product reaches its end of life, contact Argus Analyzers or your local authorities to learn about recycling options.

The symbol above means that according to local laws and regulations your product should be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches its end of life, take it to a collection point designated by local authorities. Some collection points accept products for free. The separate collection and recycling of your product at the time of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner that protects human health and the environment.
