From a single engine starting battery to a complex bank of batteries supporting mission critical applications, Argus’ battery testers, battery monitors, and battery sensors extend battery life and increase system reliability. Argus’ sales philosophy is to make our products conveniently available wherever our customers would like to purchase them. Therefore we offer our products through a global network of distributors, retail chains, catalog resellers, and local dealers. We encourage our customers to take advantage of the knowledge, expertise and service offered by your local dealers who carry our products. Some of our products can also be purchased from a variety of on-line resellers.

Order Online from the Argus e-store

Customers can also order online through our website, the Argus e-store. When ordering online at the Argus e-store, you will be given the option of registering to enable you to make subsequent orders quickly without re-entering your address information. Credit card information is not stored in our website for security reasons and must be re-entered for each order.

Pricing

Argus is not able to control the pricing offered by our distributor, dealer, and reseller partners. Our objective is to encourage pricing that is similar at all points of purchase. We encourage you to search for the best price for our products, and consider the value of the service and support you will receive from a trusted local dealer.

Payment

On the Argus on-line store we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax only on orders shipping to addresses in the state of Rhode Island, USA.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Shipments to locations outside of North America often incur taxes, customs, and duties that are the responsibility of the customer. Normally international orders will ship door to door, and taxes, customs, and duty fees must be paid at time of delivery. For large orders, we will contact you to arrange shipping details. To reduce the chances of fraud, Argus may require direct wire transfer payment (TT) prior to shipment.

Back Orders

If some products in an order are not in stock at the time of the order, then the order may be split into two or more shipments. You will not be charged for additional transportation costs for split shipments.

Security

Our website is secured using standard SSL technology to ensure a safe online ordering experience. Any financial or personal data you provide when shopping online with us will never be shared with any other party.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a product, or have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be un-opened and in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and warranty cards, and must not have been installed or used. The returned product must be packaged in a new shipping carton. Call or email Argus to request an RMA number before returning any item.

Warranty Claims

All products are sold with the original Argus warranty. The details of the warranty are explained in the warranty section included in the documentation with each product.
