Submit this form directly (on-line) to Argus Analyzers. An RMA number and return instructions will be provided if appropriate. Any product returned to Argus without and RMA number may be disposed of.

Customers in all other countries:
Return your product to the place of purchase. Include a printed copy of this form, and a copy of your original receipt if you expect service to be covered under the Argus warranty.

Service charges will apply to any repairs of product not covered under warranty. You will be notified in advance of any charges.
